1. Authenticity Guarantee

All gemstones sold by Gems Hub International are 100% genuine and as described. In the event of any discrepancy verified by a recognized independent gemological laboratory (such as GIA, GRS, or PGTL), we will provide an immediate full refund or exchange.

2. Inspection Period

We provide a 7-day inspection period from the moment your parcel is delivered. Please inspect your specimen promptly under natural light.

3. Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original, undamaged, unaltered condition.
• Original gemological certificates and packaging must accompany the item.
• Bespoke cutting or custom jewelry settings are non-refundable once approved.
